2. Payment Terms and Conditions

- Â Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of INR 3000/- is required at the time of checkin.
- Â Payment Schedule: Advance Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may incur a fee of INR 50 per day.
- Early Termination: Residents must provide 30 days’ notice for early termination of their stay.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
